Objectives & Functions

Objectives:

  • To steer the team to achieve the vision of the institute

  • To develop a system for the continuous, consistent endeavor for quality assurance and sustenance in the academic and administrative excellence

  • To promote measures for research, reforms with innovations in teaching-learning and assessment

  • To get feedback from stakeholders for quality improvement

Functions:

  1. Developing parameters for various academic and administrative activities of the institution

  2. Facilitating the creation of a student-centric environment for quality education

  3. Ensuring faculty training for required knowledge and technology and facilitating participatory teaching and learning process

  4. Coordinating & ensuring documentation of the various programs/workshops/ activities/best practices

  5. Maintaining an institutional database in academic and administrative activities

  6. Periodical conduct of Academic and Administrative Audit and its follow-up

  7. Collection and analysis of feedback from all stakeholders

  8. Dissemination of information on various quality parameters to all stakeholders through the website of the institute

  9. Preparation and submission of the AQAR (Annual Quality Assurance Report) as per the guidelines and parameters of NAAC (National Accreditation & Assessment Council)
