All the participants were sensitized about International Women’s day theme “Women in leadership: Achieving an equal future in Covid 19 world”. Skit was presented by 1st year MBBS and NSS students on topic of sexual harassment at workplace. Dr Jyoti Kasture introduced about ICC committee of College and its functions.
Dr Seema Nakshane madam elaborated her journey in male dominated field of cardiology and shared her experiences. She inspired audience to set a goal even in difficult field and told that gender cannot be limitation to achieve success. The Programme ended with vote of thanks by Dr. Payal Shaikh 1st MBBS student.
